Tai Chi is a spiritual but non-religious practice done for health purposes. Many people use Tai Chi and other self-cultivation practices to enhance their own personal religious beliefs or sense of spirituality.

At the end of this Tai Chi 10 Teacher Training Program participants will have the opportunity to continue personal further study in the art of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi 10 Mind-Body Connection
Instructor Training Program

CHANGE THE WORLD - BECOME A TEACHER

This program is designed for mature, motivated, professional adults who would like to explore their own spiritual awareness in a way that will allow you to also share your knowledge and experience with others.

At a certain age, many of us feel the calling to teach. We have years of experience and well earned wisdom behind us. Maybe the time has come for you to deeply explore the core essence and blissfulness of who you are in a way that doesn't involve once popular promiscuity or mind-altering drugs.

Tai Chi 10 creates a balance between your mental and physical self - the mindbody connection. It enhances flexibility, increases circulation, decreases stress, improves focus and concentration, and teaches you how to induce a relaxed state of inner peace and calm when you need it.

Tai Chi 10 practice brings out an embodied attitude of self-assurance, peace, calm, and an inner security as you begin to feel comfortable with your own power as a spiritual being. The philosophy of Tai Chi has a direct impact on your ability to handle confrontation and conflict - 2 situations that tend to cause a great deal of stress and inner turmoil.

The 8-week training program is held on weekend evenings with self-cultivation "homework" done during the week.

A teaching certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the program. This will allow you to begin teaching Tai Chi 10 in various settings such as social service agencies, YMCAs, schools, churches, spas, fitness centers, senior centers, and even in the corporate setting as business Wellness Programs are a hot topic provided by some of the best companies. It is a great way to earn extra income at something that truly makes a difference in changing the world in the direction of peace, health and wholeness.
