Beginning Meditation &
Qigong: Start with quiet meditation, then combine your breath with
gentle physical movement to create a state of stillness, energy flow, and
health. Choose from Badwanjin QiGong, Taoist Temple Seated QiGong, or Seated
5-Element QiGong.Beginning Taiji: Learn a basic 10-Movement Taiji form. Similar to QiGong, Taiji is done slowly with the breath at a higher level of physical movement. 24-Movement Taiji: 24-Movement Yang Style Form. 42-Movement Taiji: 42-Movement form that combines the 5 styles of Taiji – Yang, Wu, Hao, Chen and Sun. 108-Long Form Taiji: 108-Movement Yang Style Form. Intermediate Taiji: 24-Movement form with push hands applications and Taiji philosophy. Children’s/Young Teen’s Meditation & Taiji: Enhance the growth and development of your child while they learn to embody the qualities of peace, inner-calmness, and focus by using Taiji, QiGong, and Meditation. Beginning Taiji Sword: Proficiency in 24-Movement Taiji suggested. Use a wooden sword to perform this graceful, warrior like style. Taiji Weapons: Advanced class. Requires instructor approval to attend. (Note: most Taiji classes use Meditation and QiGong to warm-up.)
